Collection: JM Weston

The JM Weston legend begins in Limoges, France. In 1891, brand founder Eduard Blanchard opened a factory that combined leather dyeing and production of men's and women's shoes. In 1922, Eugene cooperated with Paris businessman Jean Viard, registered the name JM Weston, and opened the first direct-sale shoe store in Paris.

JM Weston is a traditional shoe factory with a history of more than 120 years. Relying on the exquisite craftsmanship of the Limoges factory, the brand continues to evolve. While reinventing itself, it does not forget to pursue eternity. Each shoe is more than just a pair of shoes, it becomes a walking partner, reflecting a relaxed lifestyle and French elegance.

As the only brand with its own sole leather tannery, JM Weston uses traditional techniques to combine nature's products with human technology to create the highest quality leather. The leather soles will last forever.

The traditional vegetable tanning method stands out, giving the leather maximum durability and exceptional shoe quality. JM Weston continues this handcrafted technique, far removed from any modern industrial considerations, with traditional craftsmanship rarely seen today.

All shoes are produced using traditional shoemaking techniques in the Limoges factory. It takes two months to produce a pair of shoes, and each style requires more than 150 processes (cutting leather, sewing uppers, cutting soles, assembly, hand finishing, etc.). It’s all in the details, and there are things you can touch but not see – the cotton threads on each pair, the calfskin lining, the leather reinforcements and more.
