修鞋作業說明 Shoe Repair Notice
- 所有維修皆由本店委託專業修鞋單位處理。
- 維修件統一於每週二送出。週三至週一期間收到的鞋款，將於下一個週二統一送交維修。
- 本店維修服務以本店銷售鞋款為優先處理。
- 非本店購買之鞋款若需維修，僅限 OAK ROOM VIP & VVIP 會員受理。
- 非會員顧客之外部鞋款，將視店內作業量與維修條件決定是否受理，
- 並須搭配完整/極致養護服務，另加收 NTD 1,500/ NTD 2,000。
- 本店保有外部鞋款維修受理與否之最終決定權。

Shoe Repair Notice
- All repair services are entrusted to our professional cobbling partners.
- Repair items are dispatched every Tuesday.
- Shoes received from Wednesday to Monday will be sent out the following Tuesday.
- Repair services for OAK ROOM-purchased shoes are given priority.
- Repairs for shoes not purchased from OAK ROOM are available only to Oakroom VIP & VVIP members.
- For non-member customers, acceptance of external shoe repairs will depend on our workload and condition of the shoes.
- The service must be accompanied by Shoe Care, with an additional NTD 1,500/ NTD 2,000/charge.
