Shipping & Return Policy

「OAK ROOM Shopping Notice and Return and Exchange Policy」

1. The entire store is divided into spot/pre-order, and the delivery methods are as follows: Taiwan consumers will be shipped by home delivery; Hong Kong and Macau will use SF Express, and the rest will use EMS.

2. Home delivery: Orders placed before 16:00 from Monday to Friday can be shipped on the same day. Orders placed after 16:00 will be shipped the next day. Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays will be shipped on the following Monday

3. In principle, home delivery to the main island of Taiwan can be delivered within 2 days (an additional 1-2 days for outlying islands); SF Express and EMS are mainly based on freight announcements.

4. In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, the products you ordered can be returned or exchanged. If there is no product available for exchange, we will process a return for you.

5. Returns and exchanges must meet the following conditions:

(I) Please submit your application within seven days after the product arrives and is signed for.

(ii) The product is deemed to be "unused" based on the Company's judgment.

(III) You must keep all the accessories, warranty, product tags, boxes, etc. that arrived with the product.

6. If the application is rejected in the following circumstances:

(I) More than eight days after the product arrives and is signed for

(ii) Underwear, swimsuits, socks and other personal hygiene products have been unpacked (even if they have not been used)

(III) The accessory products, warranty, precaution labels, or product labels are lost or separated from the products.

(iv) Has been modified, washed or cleaned

(V) Loss or damage of packaging (bags, boxes, etc.)
