"OAK ROOM Shopping Instructions and Return and Exchange Policy"

****Due to the distributorship relationship, all Alden products cannot be shipped to areas outside Taiwan****

1. The whole store is divided into spot/pre-order, and the shipping method is as follows: Taiwanese consumers will use home delivery; Hong Kong and Macau will use SF Express, and the rest will use EMS.

2. Home delivery: Orders placed before 16:00 from Tuesday to Friday can be shipped on the same day, and orders placed after 16:00 will be postponed to the next day. Orders placed from Saturday to the next Monday will be shipped on Tuesday

3. In principle, home delivery to the main island of Taiwan can arrive in 2 days (an additional 1-2 days for outer islands); SF Express and EMS mainly follow freight announcements.

4. In accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law, the goods you ordered can be returned or exchanged. If there are no goods available for exchange, we will handle the return service for you.

5. Returns and exchanges must meet the following conditions:

(1) Please submit your application "within seven days" after the goods arrive and are signed for.

(2) Based on the company’s judgment, it qualifies as “unused product”

(3) All ancillary products, warranties, product tags, boxes, etc. that arrive with the product must be retained

6. Rejection of acceptance if:

(1) It has been "more than eight days" since the product arrived and was signed for

(2) Underwear, swimsuits, socks and other personal hygiene products have been opened (the same applies to unused items)

(3) Accessory products, warranties, precaution labels, and product labels are lost or separated from the product

(4) Has been modified, washed, and cleaned

(5) Packaging (bags, boxes, etc.) lost or damaged
