「OAK ROOM 購物須知」

一、全店分現貨/預購，運送方式如下：台灣消費者將以宅配或郵寄發貨；港澳地區使用順豐，其餘使用 EMS。

二、宅配或郵寄：週一至週五 16:00 前下單可當天出貨，超過 16:00 則順延至隔天出貨。週六至周日下單週一出貨

三、宅配或郵寄到台灣本島原則上2天可到（外島另加 1-2 天）；順豐、EMS 依貨運公告為主。

All oversea orders are shipped with EMS.

You will receive an order confirmation email when your order is placed.

Once your order has been shipped, a shipping confirmation containing a tracking number will be sent to your email.

Please allow up to two working days for your order to be dispatched.

Any VAT, import duty and customs handling fees payable are the responsibility of the buyer.
