Coherence's "Alain" trousers were inspired by snapshots of French navigator, writer and tennis player Alain Gerbault, who often played tennis wearing high-waisted and loose trousers with a tie on the waistband that served as a belt.
The Alain is a straight-leg trouser with a single-fold configuration and a tie and button fastening at the waist.
The fishtail back and buttons on the inside of the waistband and back, along with intricate stitching details, make the entire trousers look even more perfect.
